Luminis - Email Config - Delete Account
Currently, our server is configured to remove the email account when the user account is 'deleted' using the system administration tool - or at least it seems that way.
Documentation in the Admin Guide reveals a way to remedy this 'problem' on page 128 (3.38). There is a note/warning that manual management of the email account is then necessary to remove the mailbox and storage. Be aware.
